Requirements

· Degree: title of Doctor, Bachelor, Engineer, Architect or Degree.

· Nationality: Spanish.

· Capacity: have the functional capacity to perform the tasks

· Age: to be at least 18 years of age and not to exceed, where applicable, the maximum age for compulsory retirement

· Habilitation: Not to have been separated by disciplinary proceedings from the service of any of the Public Administrations or the Constitutional or Statutory Bodies of the Autonomous Communities, nor to be in absolute or special disqualification for public jobs or positions by judicial decision, for access to bodies or scales of career officials, nor to belong to the same body or scale to which it is presented. In the case of tests limited to access to a specialty of a body or scale, do not have previously recognized the same.

1 - Selective Process - Free Shift

Four exercises, all of them eliminating.

Development by writing, for a maximum of four hours, of two topics of the agenda that appears in the Annex I. First exercise.

a) A topic corresponding to the first mandatory block to choose from 2 lucky winners: organization of public administrations, European Union law and administrative law. (Items 1 to 33)

b) A theme corresponding to the second or third block to be chosen from 2 drawn to the fate of each block: optional part with two options. At the time of taking the exam, the applicants will choose one of the two options.

· Option 1: Civil Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Tax Law and Economics and Accounting. (Topics from 1 to 40 in the second block).

· Option 2: prevention of occupational risks (Topics from 1 to 40 in the third block).

Exhibition oral, for 50 minutes, of four topics brought to your attention, of the groups of the agenda that appear in the Annex I. Second exercise.

(a) Two items from Part One: Labour Law, individual and collective labour relations, Trade Union Law. (Items 1 to 60).

(b) Two items from Part Two: Social Security. (Items 61 to 107).

At the end of the oral presentation, the court may ask the applicant questions on the topics presented, for a maximum of ten minutes.

Development by writing, for a maximum of four hours, from two topics brought to the fate of the groups of the agenda that appears in the Annex I. Third exercise:

· A topic of the third part: prevention of occupational risks. (Items 108 to 143).

· A topic of the fourth part: work inspection and procedure. (Items from 144 to 169).

It will consist of two parts.

· Issuance of a report or resolution on a practical case for a maximum period of four hours on various questions or approaches based on different inspection cases, to which the applicant must respond and related to the program matters corresponding to the Annex I. Second and third exercises.

· Language proficiency test (English, French or German). for one hour.


Once they have been appointed by the convening authority, they must take and pass a selective course of compulsory attendance at the School of the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate. The selective course will have a maximum duration of 400 teaching hours distributed in a maximum of three months.

Content selective course:

1. Economics and Accounting.

2. Inspection and Procedure, Sanctioning Procedure, Labor Procedure.

3. Prevention of Occupational Risks, Industrial Hygiene, Safety at Work, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.

4. Labour Law, Individual and Collective Labour Relations, Trade Union Law. Employment and Work of Foreigners. Gender Equality and Violence. Negotiation and mediation.

5. Social Security.

The final qualification of the applicants will be determined by the sum of the scores obtained in the opposition phase and in the selective course.

2. Selective Process - Internal Promotion

If you are already part of the Administration, there are also places for you.
